Job Description
(MDP) is a 12‑month on property paid training and development program. The program path consists of 80% work experience and 20% professional development. The program is broken into two main phases: Phase 1
- Mastering Service & Department Knowledge and Phase 2
- Management Essentials, Leadership & Soft Skills Development. Auberge Resorts currently offers several dedicated paths, with focus areas in: Food & Beverage, Culinary and Rooms. Candidates will be asked during the recruitment phase to select their path of focus as well as their preferred property location. Upon completion of all program components, the MDP will be placed into a management/assistant management role (based on availability and willingness to relocate). €26.500 gross per year /14months Qualifications The Management Development Program is specifically tailored for students or graduates from accredited hospitality schools within the United States or Europe. While prior experience in hospitality is preferred, the following qualities are essential:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proven willingness to learn, coupled with curiosity, resilience, and self‑motivation.
