As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will lead the design and development of advanced data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, define best practices for dashboards and data models, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do
• Design, develop, and maintain complex Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query.
• Translate business requirements into clear, scalable reporting solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reports.
• Collaborate with business, data, and technical teams to define KPIs and metrics.
• Establish best practices for data visualization, governance, and reporting standards.
• Support and mentor other team members on Power BI best practices. What We Are Looking For
• 4+ years of experience working with Power BI in data visualization and reporting.
• Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience integrating Power BI with multiple data sources and SQL databases.
• Solid understanding of BI concepts, KPIs, and business analytics.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear analytical solutions.
• Experience working with stakeholders across different business areas.
