Personal Care Formulation Lab Specialist
Caldic is seeking a Technical Application & Formulation Specialist – Personal Care to establish and grow our Personal Care application laboratory in an on-site role. You will develop innovative formulations, evaluate ingredients from suppliers, and provide technical support to customers and our commercial teams across Europe. The ideal candidate has a technical background with 3–5 years in formulation development and an entrepreneurial mindset.
