Program Manager
Essential Job Functions- Manage and execute program plans, ensuring goals are met within budget and timeline.- Support program management team members, assisting with their development and performance.- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to address inquiries and ensure program success.- Assist in managing program budgets and resource allocation efforts.- Identify and address potential risks that may impact program delivery.- Work with stakeholders to clarify and document program scope, objectives, and deliverables.- Maintain program documentation and prepare regular status reports.- Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure efficient program execution.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role- Proven experience in program and project management- Proficiencies in program planning, execution,
