Fondazione Chips-IT seeks a Research Engineer with a strong background in Radio Frequency (RF) and millimeter-wave (mmWave) IC design to lead pioneering development of integrated circuits for advanced communication, radar, and high-speed wireless applications.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead R&D; activities on RF and mixed-signal integrated circuits for advanced communication, wireless transceivers, and high-frequency systems.- Architect, design, and validate complex RF blocks (such as LNAs, PAs, VCOs, mixers, and synthesizers) in advanced silicon technologies.- Guide system-level integration and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on packaging and co-design approaches.- Supervise Master's and PhD students working on high-frequency designs.- Protect intellectual property and publish impactful research in the RF domain.- Track emerging trends in wireless technologies to shape future research directions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
