Mission
Ensure that every appropriate legal assistance is provided in connection with any business transactions, both within and outside the ordinary course of business, including intercompany, finance transactions and protection/exploitation of intellectual property rights.
Activities
- Provide legal advice and assistance in the definition, drafting and negotiation of all kinds of commercial contracts, including public tenders and related agreements, purchase agreements, sponsorship agreements and intercompany agreements
- Provide legal assistance to business units in relation to procurement activities, tenders, and contractual documentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors on day-to-day legal matters
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law
- Preferably qualified as a lawyer in Italy 1-3 years’ PQE in a law firm or in-house legal department; experience in aerospace and defense sectors would be ideal
- Excellent knowledge of English language; knowledge of a second language (French, Spanish) would be an asset
- The candidate shall demonstrate strong analytical skills, sense of urgency and the ability to plan and manage multiple activities in parallel.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, flexibility, a problem-solving mindset and a strong professional motivation
