Personal Assistant to Managing Director

We are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to Managing Director position to join the Team at Castiglion del Bosco, A Rosewood Hotel
As PA, you will be responsible for keeping a perfect coordination between all departments and the Managing Director.
- Maintaining effective communication within the department and ensure that the MD is kept well informed of any problems/queries that have arisen.
- Maintaining a good working relationship with all Executives and Department Heads and being positively perceived as the link between the MD’s Office and other departments.
- Ensuring special requests and reservations via the MD’s Office are handled appropriately.
- Ability to communicate effectively whether in person, on the telephone or in writing.
- Strong knowledge of Rosewood standards and their correct application to ensure they are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis.
- Providing PA and administrative support including proactive diary management, organizing and minuting meetings, travel arrangements, drafting correspondence, producing presentations and collating reports.
- Ensuring positive communication with associates and managers by always keeping the morale high.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 1 year in similar position.
- Strong written and spoken Italian and English.
- High level of attention to detail and refined manners with exceptional communication skills.

Type of contract
- One year fixed-term contract
- Collective agreement: CCNL Turismo
- Gross annual salary: 25.5 k
- Level: C2
