Supplier Product Engineering Specialist

Responsabilità
- Lead projects and activities across the product lifecycle after release for sales
- Coordinate multi-location and cross-functional project teams
- Motivate and monitor internal/external resources to meet milestones
- Manage project cost, schedule, and objectives within a global setup
- Manage interdependencies across cross-functional workstreams to deliver benefits
- Ensure project requirements are defined with relevant business units or external resources
- Ensure customer value is understood and customer satisfaction managed
- Handle change requests, risks, and communication
- Oversee product changes and customizations per ABB gate model from request to release for sales
- Collaborate with agile teams, operations and sales to meet business cases and customer expectations
- Transfer new products from development to operation with complete documentation
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Solid understanding of manufacturing technologies
- Proficiency with PLM systems (Windchill), SAP, MS Office, and 2D/3D CAD tools
- Excellent command of English; proficient in Italian and English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate professionally
