Junior Leasing Manager
Fulltime | Location: Rome- Italy
Responsibilities
- Leasing of retail space within the Supernova portfolio in Italy
- Reducing vacant units
- Preparing and updating offers
- Onboarding new tenants
- Negotiating, preparing and finalising lease agreements and amendments
- Timely renewal of lease agreements
- Correspondence and meetings with tenants
- Regular reporting to the Head of Leasing Italy
- Supporting asset reporting (rent roll)
- Working with centre management, tenant coordination, controlling
- Market research
Expectations
- Graduate in engineering (university or respective college)
- Degree in Economics, Real Estate or Business Administration with approximately 1-3 years of experience in leasing, commercial real estate, shopping centres, outlets or a comparable commercial environment
- Driving license, willingness to travel and flexible
- resilience,
mobility and willingness to work throughout Italy on a short- or long-term basis
- Italien language as mother tongue, fluent in English language both written and spoken as a must
- Excellent management, planning and organisational skills are a must
- knowledge of standard software applications
