Junior Leasing Manager (m/f)
Responsibilities
· Leasing of retail space within the Italian Supernova portfolio
· Reducing vacant units
· Preparing and updating offers
· Onboarding new tenants
· Negotiating, preparing and finalising lease agreements and amendments
· Timely renewal of lease agreements
· Correspondence and meetings with tenants
· Regular reporting to the Head of Leasing Italy
· Supporting asset reporting (rent roll)
· Working with centre management, tenant coordination, controlling
· Market research
Expectations
· Graduate in engineering (university or respective college)
Degree in Economics, Real Estate or Business Administration with approximately 1-3 years of experience in leasing, commercial real estate, shopping centres, outlets or a comparable commercial environment
· Driving license, willingness to travel and flexible
· resilience,
mobility and willingness to work throughout Italy on a short- or long-term basis
· Italian as mother tongue, fluent in English both written and spoken as a must
· Excellent management, planning and organisational skills are a must
· knowledge of standard software applications
