Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst
Overview
In this role, you join Cleafy’s Threat Intelligence and Incident Response Team to hunt and analyze Android threats targeting banks. You will study modern Android banking trojans, cluster related malware, and identify emerging families to keep detection up to date. Your work supports proactive fraud prevention by analyzing customer data and hunting for suspicious behaviors in real time. You will collaborate across teams to translate findings into actionable reports and strengthen our AI-driven security platform. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape defenses against sophisticated Android malware campaigns and fraud.

Responsabilità
- Perform strategic, tactical, and operational research on modern Android threats with a focus on banking trojans
- Conduct malware clustering to group related samples
- Research unknown emerging Android banking trojan families
- Hunt TTPs of threat actors to anticipate attacks
- Write technical reports detailing findings and recommendations
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years in a cybersecurity role (SOC analyst, security engineer, or consultant)
- Solid knowledge of web and mobile security principles
- Ability to create technical reports
- Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Experience with Python, C, Java (or similar)
- Concise and actionable technical communication
- Strong analytical thinking
- Team collaboration and information sharing
- Web and mobile security principles
- Static/dynamic malware analysis (plus)
- Sandbox-based threat triage (plus)
