IT Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP Manager to take responsibility for a strategic ERP environment and drive its ongoing development. This is an excellent opportunity for a Dynamics 365 professional who combines strong technical expertise with business process knowledge and strategic thinking. You will play a central role in shaping the ERP roadmap, overseeing system implementation and ensuring that the platform continuously evolves to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and manage the ERP roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
* Translate business requirements into effective technical and functional solutions.
* Oversee the design, configuration, implementation and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 F&O.;
* Establish ERP governance frameworks, technical standards and best practices.
* Ensure system reliability, performance, data integrity and security.
* Identify opportunities to optimise business processes and implement automation.
* Manage incidents, troubleshoot system issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
* Coordinate user acceptance testing, system upgrades and deployment activities.
* Oversee data quality, system documentation and end-user training.
* Act as the main point of reference for ERP-related decisions and activities. Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Finance & Operations.
* At least 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, management or solution ownership.
* Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes and configuration.
* Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
* Fluent English, Italian is a must.
* Legally authorised to work in Italy. Nice to Have
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
* Experience in international and multi-company ERP environments.
* Knowledge of ITIL frameworks or Agile methodologies.
