Power Systems Engineer
Overview In this role you support the grid integration of wind, solar and other power plants by performing on-site testing, data analysis and grid-code assessments. You will work with an international team to verify compliance with national and international grid requirements, combining hands-on field work with analysis and reporting. The position mixes field testing, customer interaction and project delivery, with travel and a strong focus on improving tools and methods. * Install and commission measurement systems at power plants
* Perform Grid Code Compliance and power-quality testing
* Monitor measurement campaigns and collect data
* Troubleshoot sensors, measurement equipment and data-acquisition systems
* Prepare and specify equipment for testing
* Analyze data against grid codes and standards
* Interpret results and prepare technical reports
* Present findings to customers
* Manage power-quality projects (scope, schedule, costs)
* Coordinate with customers throughout project delivery
* Contribute to technical proposals, contracts and bids

* Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related)
* Experience in energy/power/renewables or related technical environment
* Foundational knowledge of electrical measurements and equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, data loggers)
* Professional Italian and good written/spoken English
* Ability to analyze technical data and communicate conclusions
* Practical, problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently at customer sites
* Good organization and time-management skills
* Willingness to travel ~60% or more of working time
