Bilingual HR Center Associate
Amazon Slovakia is seeking an HR Contact Center Associate fluent in Italian and English to join our multi-language support team. You will handle employee inquiries via phone, chat, email, and internal systems, resolving issues related to benefits, payroll, leave, data management, onboarding and terminations.
Reporting to a Team Manager, you will work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, from a quiet home office or office setting, complying with data privacy and HR policies.
