Supply Planner
At Sealed Air, we are looking for a Supply Planner to manage outsourced products and contract manufacturing activities across the EMEA region.
What you'll do
• Develop and execute supply plans for outsourced products and subcontracting operations.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure capacity availability and manage supply risks.
• Convert demand forecasts into effective supply and inventory plans.
• Manage purchase orders, stock transfers, and supplier coordination.
• Optimize inventory levels while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Ensure ERP master data accuracy and planning parameter maintenance.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Support regional supply chain improvement initiatives. What we're looking for
• Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in supply planning, procurement, or inventory management.
• PowerBI programming skills.
• Strong SAP ERP knowledge (MRP/MPS).
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
• Excellent communication skills in an international environment.
