SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst
Join Our Dynamic Team We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst to help clients understand business needs and turn them into effective solutions for their SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. ?
Location:
Milan or Turin Your Role & Responsibilities As part of an international team, you will support client-facing SAP projects, working with business stakeholders and project teams to analyze processes, define requirements, and support the delivery of sustainable outcomes, including:
• Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for SAP S/4HANA implementations, transformations, and rollouts.
• Assessing current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping define future-state processes aligned with business objectives.
• Translating business needs into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and clear documentation for functional and technical teams.
• Supporting fit-gap analysis and evaluating SAP S/4HANA capabilities against client requirements.
• Facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders, capturing decisions, and communicating findings and recommendations.
• Coordinating with SAP functional consultants and technical teams to support solution design and end-to-end process integration.
• Contributing to test planning and execution, data validation, training materials, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
• Tracking requirements, risks, issues, and dependencies while supporting project teams in delivering agreed outcomes.
• Building trusted client relationships and communicating project information clearly to business and technical stakeholders. Background & Experience
• You have a degree in Business, Information Technology,
Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• You have experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting, preferably on SAP projects.
• You have familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and an understanding of how enterprise systems support end-to-end business processes.
• You can gather and analyze requirements, document processes, and communicate recommendations clearly.
• You demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• You have strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills, with a collaborative and client-oriented attitude.
• You are comfortable working in an international environment and communicating in English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage. Other European languages are a plus.
• You are willing to travel domestically and internationally when project needs require it. Why Join Us
