Procurement Intern
Born from the will of LVMH Group, world leader in luxury, to establish itself in the eyewear sector, Thélios designs, produces and distributes sunglasses and optical frames for some of its most prestigious Maisons: Dior, Fendi, Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Kenzo, Berluti, Bulgari, Tag Heuer and Fred. PROCUREMENT INTERN The candidate will support the management of the direct procurement order portfolio, ensuring timely deliveries in line with business requirements. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in procurement and supply chain within an industrial environment. Job Responsibilities
• Support the management of the direct procurement order portfolio, ensuring on-time delivery in accordance with company requirements.
• Monitor the direct purchasing portfolio on a daily basis, including order management, supplier performance tracking, lead-time optimization, and bottleneck identification.
• Monitor raw material and component availability levels to ensure continuous supply to production lines.
• Support the implementation of new purchasing methodologies aimed at improving delivery performance while minimizing inventory levels.
• Assist in the scouting, qualification, and validation of new suppliers.
• Participate in supplier visits and related procurement activities. Profile Strong interest in Procurement or Supply Chain. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
