Recruiter with Italian

Responsibilities:
• JD review and initial intake call with hiring managers per requisitions
• Posting jobs on country specific job boards
• Sourcing and screening qualified candidates and presenting the candidates for hiring manager review
• Interview scheduling of the shortlisted candidates
• Timely communication with hiring managers and candidates. Required
skills:
• 2-3 year of experience with a variety of proactive sourcing techniques and channels (LinkedIn and job boards)
• Engineering and IT positions
• Fluent in Italian (C1 level) and English
• Experience and knowledge of recruiting for a manufacturing client in Europe
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.)
• Good experience on ATS tool such as (Taleo, Bullhorn, SmartRecruiters) and job boards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) What do
