Quality Data Analyst Intern

Key responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Quality Data Analyst Intern to join our European team at Haier. You will support in the following activities:
• Calculation and monitoring of key quality KPIs, with analysis of performance trends and improvement opportunities.
• Analysis of field repair data to identify recurring issues, reliability patterns, and potential areas for improvement.
• Evaluation of online ratings and reviews to identify customer satisfaction trends and recurring feedback patterns.
• Identification of critical factors, correlations, and interactions influencing product quality and performance.
• Translation of complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and effective management summaries. Requirements
• Neo graduated or student in statistical, analytical, or engineering disciplines
• Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel)
• Familiarity with statistical and data analytics software is considered a strong asset
