High-Speed SerDes
Overview
In this role you will lead the hardware and optical validation for Marvell's VCSEL-based interconnect program, working with cross-functional teams in a lab-intensive environment. You will own test platforms from requirements to bring-up, shape bench architectures, and drive calibration and automation across labs. You'll develop hardware and measurement methodologies for high-speed links and electro-optical chiplets, partnering with vendors and internal teams to validate silicon-ready platforms. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at a company shaping next‐gen data infrastructure and cloud connectivity.
