Industrial Engineer
In this role you will maintain and improve manufacturing processes to deliver safe, high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective production. You will work with the Industrial Engineer Manager at the Monfalcone site to drive optimization and standardization. You will lead Lean and continuous improvement efforts, partnering with cross-functional teams to boost productivity, quality, and cost performance. * Define, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, routings, and production standards
* Perform time studies and production analyses to establish labor standards and improve operational efficiency
* Monitor manufacturing KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance
* Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects across production activities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, resource use, and production planning
* Develop manufacturing documentation, ensuring process consistency, compliance, and operational excellence
* 2+ years experience as Industrial/Process Engineer in structured metal manufacturing environments
* Knowledge of SAP or other ERP
* Knowledge of manufacturing cycles
* Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B2 level)
