Oversee the daily operations of your station and dining areas
Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to enhance the dining experience
Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
Proven experience in a similar role in luxury environment
Sommelier certification or advanced wine knowledge preferred
Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
A dynamic and supportive work environment
Staff meals, accommodation and uniform
Medical assistance
