Customer Advisor - relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria

Role: Italian Speaking Customer Advisor
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Salary: EUR 1,350 gross p/m
Operational Hours: 40 hrs per week, rotation MON-SUN 11am-11pm
Relocation package: Flight to Sofia, 3 weeks accomodation on arrival in Sofia plus support in finding a place to live in Sofia after the 3 weeks plus a relocation premio 1,200 EUR which is paid on 2 installments (1st and 2nd month)
You’ll support customers throughout the rental process, from questions about reservations and vehicle options to resolving issues with an existing booking. You’ll communicate by phone and email helping each customer find an option that suits their needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering questions about car rental reservations, vehicles and services
- Helping customers understand their options and choose suitable services
- Resolving enquiries promptly and professionally
- Keeping customers informed throughout the rental process
- Building positive customer relationships through clear communication
Requirements
- Fluent Italian (C2/native level).
- Good command of English (B2 or above).
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems.
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
