Own the core platform architecture and technology choices while continuing to build the product Set engineering standards for code quality, reviews, testing, and completion criteria Manage and grow the engineering team Define the technical roadmap with the CPTO and engineering commitments Own data architecture for high-volume catalog work across millions of SKUs, languages, and channels Set the infrastructure and operational bar across infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, security, high availability, and incident response Define what the platform can do with AI
Требования:
Direct experience managing engineers Around ten years of experience building platforms or SaaS,
with architecture ownership Experience building inside an early-stage startup Fluent use of LLMs to orchestrate several coding agents Experience shipping AI agents, including prompting, tool use, orchestration, and evals Deep data architecture knowledge under real traffic Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and iterate quickly Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders, and ability to hold your position when it matters Based in the EU and able to travel to Milan and Barcelona once a month Fluent English Будет плюсом: retail and ecommerce experience, experience building software for large enterprises, experience as a technical co-founder
