Proton Therapy R&D Research Expert (FLASH)
IBA is seeking an R&D; Research Expert to advance FLASH proton therapy research in collaboration with a global team. Based in Philadelphia, you will bridge IBA’s R&D; efforts between Belgium and the customer’s team, driving design, development, and deployment of HW/SW for FLASH research.
You will coordinate on-site activities, lead troubleshooting of beam-related issues, and contribute to the FLASH master plan and program management, with travel up to 20% and potential 2-year assignments.
