Staff Data Engineer — Lead AI-Driven Data Platform (Remote)
WeRoad S.r.l. is seeking a Staff/Lead Data Engineer to steer a small, senior data team in building a best-in-class data platform. You will own data architecture (Big Query, dbt, semantic layer) and ingestion/orchestration (Airflow, dlt), while enabling self-serve BI with Tableau/Metabase/Lightdash.
You will mentor engineers, drive data governance, and push AI-enabled data engineering practices across the team, partnering with multi-market stakeholders.
