Order to CashC) Process Lead
Overview
In this role you shape and lead the global Order-to-Cash strategy for ABB Robotics during a major transformation, including the SAP S/4HANA rollout across 50+ countries. You own the end-to-end O2C blueprint and drive standardization to enable scalable, compliant operations in a future-state model supported by a BPO partner. You’ll collaborate with Finance, Sales, Service, IT and transformation leaders to enable successful deployment and ongoing excellence. Based in Europe with a hybrid work model, you join a pioneering robotics team shaping the future of automation. Responsabilità
- Design and continuously improve end-to-end O2C processes with global standardization across order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute management
- Act as the O2C process authority during SAP S/4HANA transformation, ensuring global process consistency across deployment waves
- Balance global standards with local/regulatory needs and justify variants accordingly
- Establish governance, KPIs, and operating rhythms for O2C,
coordinating ABB teams with external service providers
- Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, customer experience, compliance, and working capital
Requisiti fondamentali
- 7+ years in Order-to-Cash, order management, or finance process roles in multi-entity, multi-country manufacturing contexts
- Proven experience leading O2C design and standardization as part of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation across multiple geographies
- Strong SAP expertise with deep SD and FI-AR process design knowledge and understanding of O2C master data (Business Partner, pricing, credit management)
- Experience designing global processes for shared-services and/or outsourced delivery models with governance and control frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to align cross-functional teams in complex transformations
