Facility & Fleet Intern
Overview IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS We are looking for a passionate and engaged Facility & Fleet Intern to join our General Services Department in our Milan HQ. Your Impact
• Support the management and update of fleet data, vehicle assignments and related documentation;
• Assist in monitoring fleet operations, including contractual deadlines, maintenance activities, inspections and tire replacement schedules;
• Support vehicle lifecycle management, from orders and deliveries to returns and replacement cars, coordinating with drivers and external providers;
• Assist in the administrative management of fleet-related costs, invoices, mileage reports, claims and fines;
• Prepare reports and analyses on fleet performance, utilization and costs;
• Support the implementation of the company car policy and related processes. Qualification
• Bachelor/Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Logistics or related fields;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel;
• Good command of English;
• Driving license (Category B);
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines;
