Hr People Partner – Manufacturing (Fixed-Term Maternity Cover)
Xylem is seeking an HR People Partner for our Montecchio Maggiore plant on a fixed-term maternity leave replacement.
You will collaborate with managers and employees across HR topics, driving employee relations, labor relations, and the implementation of key HR programs.
You will lead talent conversations, support performance and compensation processes, and ensure compliance with local labor laws while promoting a positive employee experience.
Fluent English is required.
