8-15 years of experience within cruise design industry, preferred within mid to large high-end hospitality environment.
Minimum of 8 years managing multi-million dollar projects.
Proven management experience with direct subordinate manager(s) and staff.
Ability to travel internationally or domestically 25% of the time.
Solid written and verbal communication skills a must.
Clear and precise communication at all levels of the organization essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and employees, across diverse cultures around the world.
Requires a high level of written and verbal communication skills to convey aesthetic concepts and requirements of the Design group to technical and non-technical individuals.
Is effective at simplifying complexity.
Requires strong teamwork and collaborative leadership skills to develop rapport within the department, with other departments, and externally.
Possesses self-motivation with ability to mobilize people and resources to action, within a high-paced environment Working knowledge
