h3Join Our Dynamic Team /h3 pWe are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team and help clients transform their financial management, controlling, and profitability analysis processes with SAP S/4HANA.
/p pLocation: Milan or Turin /p h3Your Role Responsibilities /h3 ul liLeading or contributing to SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI/CO), including Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), implementations, transformations, and rollouts.
/li liAnalyzing business requirements and translating them into functional designs, process flows, and SAP configuration.
/li liDesigning and supporting profitability analysis processes, including account-based CO-PA, margin analysis, characteristics, value fields, and derivation rules.
/li liSupporting profitability reporting, allocations, planning, and analysis to help clients understand revenue, costs, and margins across products, customers, and markets.
/li liFacilitating workshops with business stakeholders and advising clients on SAP FI/CO-PA capabilities and leading practices.
/li liCoordinating with SAP modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and other technical teams to support end-to-end process integration and financial data flows.
/li liContributing to testing, data migration, cutover, training, and post-go-live support, with close attention to detail.
/li liBuilding trusted client relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting project teams in delivering measurable business results.
/li /ul h3Background Experience /h3 ul liYou have a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
/li liYou have at least b5 years of experience /b in SAP consulting,
with a strong focus on SAP FI/CO and CO-PA processes and solutions.
/li liYou have experience with SAP S/4HANA and a strong understanding of financial accounting, controlling, and profitability analysis processes.
/li liYou can gather and analyze requirements, develop functional specifications, and communicate recommendations clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
/li liYou demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, initiative, and a proactive, results-oriented approach to adapting to changing project needs.
/li liYou have strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills, with a collaborative and client-oriented attitude.
/li liYou are comfortable working in an international environment and communicating in bEnglish /b; proficiency in bItalian /b is an advantage.
Other European languages are a plus.
/li liYou are willing to travel domestically and internationally when project needs require it.
