/p pThis is a newly created role connecting European customer requirements with global RD teams to develop and optimize excavators for demanding applications.
/p h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liRecent, hands-on experience in excavator development.
/li li8+ years of experience in RD, product development or application engineering within construction machinery.
/li liProven experience developing excavators, ideally with expertise in application-specific solutions.
/li liStrong professional communication skills in both Italian and English.
/li liA Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
/li /ul h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liTranslate customer requirements into engineering solutions.
/li liDefine specifications for application-specific excavator variants.
/li liDevelop concepts for attachments, hydraulic systems, reinforcements and machine adaptations.
/li liLead testing, validation and customer field trials.
/li liCollaborate with global RD teams and technical partners.
/li liProvide market and competitor insights to support product strategy.
/li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liStrong technical knowledge of excavators, hydraulics, machine integration and specialized attachments.
/li liExperience in at least two of the following application areas: demolition, material handling, waste and recycling, or civil engineering.
/li liWillingness to travel internationally.
