pOur client a well-established and successful restaurant chain in Nigeria is seeking the talents of a Sous Chef for their brand-new Asian Restaurant with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a quality Asian restaurant or hotel operation.
Candidates should have a solid culinary management background.
/ppMinimum of 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a quality restaurant or hotel environment.
/ppMust have Asian experience in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant.
/ppAbility to communicate effectively with employees and customers, understand reports and related correspondence and accurately perform all essential job functions.
/ppMust have superior quality food and beverage experience.
/ppThe salary would be around $36,000 - $48,000USD annually Net of taxes, plus free accommodation, relocation allowance, annual airfare, healthcare benefits, Visa assistance.
