THE ROLE
Sales Manager You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities by analyzing new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, products, and services. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Developing growth strategies oriented towards financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Understanding customer needs and providing effective responses to meet them
- Promoting products and services in line with customer objectives
- Preparing and managing the negotiation of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with current regulations
- Offering timely solutions to customer problems, ensuring a positive experience
- Collecting and reporting customer feedback to promote product and service improvement.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Marketing
- Experience as Sales Area Manager in Aerospace and Defense contexts
- Fluent knowledge of the English language
WHAT WE OFFER
- The contractual type will be permanent (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Metalworking and Plant Installation Industries)
- Hybrid work modality (lavoro da remoto foreseen up to 2 days a week)
- Initial salary starting from €45,000
