VMware vSphere Administration
VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), including VCF Operations & Automation
ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, vMotion
VMware Lifecycle Management & Patching
PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
Hyper-V and KVM/OLVM exposure
Storage, Backup, Networking, and OS fundamentals
Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Performance Monitoring and Capacity Management
Strong troubleshooting and operational support experience
Preferred Skills
Public Cloud (Azure/AWS)
Docker and Kubernetes
Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
Continuous Data Protection (CDP)
Spanish Language (Nice to Have)
Support Model
Daily administration and operational support of virtualization platforms.
Incident resolution, service requests, and change implementation.
On-call support one week per month on a rotational basis.
Collaboration with Storage, Network, Security, Backup, and Infrastructure teams.
