Client Coordinator – International Programme Tutoring (Ib, Igcse, Myp)
pWe are looking for a Client Coordinator to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our international tutoring services, specialising in the International Baccalaureate (IB), IGCSE and MYP programmes.
/p pThis role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive and personable individual who has completed the IB Diploma Programme and enjoys working with students, families and educators in an international environment.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liClient Relations: Act as a point of contact for students and parents, handling enquiries, providing support and ensuring an excellent client experience.
/li liTutoring Coordination: Help match students with suitable tutors, coordinate lesson schedules and ensure smooth communication between families and educators.
/li liAdministrative Back-Office Support: Manage client records, update internal systems, organise documentation and assist with day-to-day operational tasks.
/li liClient Onboarding: Support new families throughout the onboarding process, from initial enquiry to the start of tutoring.
/li liOperational Support: Work closely with the team to improve processes, resolve issues and maintain a high standard of service.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liCompleted International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme – mandatory.
/li liFluency in both English and Italian – mandatory.
/li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
/li liStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.
/li liAbility to multitask, prioritise and work independently.
/li liConfidence using digital tools, spreadsheets and administrative platforms.
/li liA proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a client-focused mindset.
/li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liPrevious experience in customer service, administration, education or operations.
/li liFamiliarity with the International Higher Education systems.
/li liExperience working in an international or multicultural environment.
