Givetoursoftheestablishmenttoprofessionalsandcustomers
Supervisetheteamofreceptionists,valetsandbaggagehandlersandprovidefeedbackontheirperformance
EnsuringthatFrontOfficeproceduresarecompliedwith,updatedandoptimized
Controlandmonitoraccountsreceivable
Developthehotel'sturnoverthroughupsellactions
Ensurepropermanagementofthecashregister,dailyclosingsandcommissioninvoices
Manage,motivateandorganizetheworkoftheteamsinordertooptimizecustomersatisfaction
ParticipateinandleadHeadofDepartmentmeetings
Youwillberesponsibleforwelcomingguestsandallocatingrooms,workingcloselywiththehousekeepingdepartment
Skillsrequired:
