Your role
As aCommercial Product Specialist (CPS), you are responsible for thecommercial targetsof Feeding proposition in the geographical area assigned.
Youcoach and trainthe network of Lely Centers topursue sales targetsand to achieve the maximum market potential, ensuring that all the activities meet theBusiness Team strategyand theLely way of working.
You are theabsolute expertof the Product that you represent, and you channel your knowledge through the distribution network, with acustomer centrical mindset.
Together with your team, you co-share responsibility forCustomer Satisfaction.
The CPS is a dynamic rolewith ample room for initiative and creativity.
Your main activities
Own and managethe Sales funnel for Feeding proposition
Engage and guidethe distribution network to excel in the Feeding Business
Trainthe Sales Repson product knowledge, use of tools and on sales skills
Live the fieldand update your team and international colleagues about market trends and opportunities
Shape and supportthe Marketing activities for a unique customer journey for existing and future customers
You will report to the Manager Proposition with responsibility for the geographical area of South-East Europe & Turkey.
The role is based in Colturano (MI), and it requires willingness to travel mainly in Italy, with occasional visit to the HQ in Maassluis and to the countries covered by our Cluster.

Your profile
You have successfully completeduniversity studies
You have preferably covered a commercial role withinagriculture/food relatedcompanies
You speak, write and present inEnglish and Italian fluently
You area confident communicator, feeling at ease also with difficult conversations
You havea growth mindset, eager to learn and to progress in the role

We are a young and enthusiast team, consisting of 44 people distributed between Colturano office and Istanbul branch office.
