Quality Assurance Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a major data centre construction project in Milan, Italy.
This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional with a strong main contractor (GC) background and experience delivering large-scale, mission-critical construction projects.
Position: Quality Manager
Start Date: December 2026 / January 2027
Contract: Contract position
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities on site.
- Develop, implement and maintain the project Quality Management Plan.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, drawings and relevant standards.
- Oversee inspections, ITPs, quality documentation and commissioning-related quality activities.
- Manage NCRs, corrective actions and continuous improvement processes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, client representatives and the wider project team.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all phases of construction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager on major construction projects.
- Strong General Contractor (GC) / Main Contractor background.
- Previous data centre or other mission-critical project experience highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, ITPs, inspections and project documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead quality teams and drive standards on a fast-paced project.
