Hardware Design Engineer — Test Equipment
SPEA, a world leader in automatic test equipment for semiconductors, seeks a Junior Hardware Product Engineer in its R&D; Hardware team in Italy. You will design cables, motherboards and service boards, define hardware architectures and validate hardware with an emphasis on signal integrity.
Master’s degree in Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering is required. Proficiency with Mentor, OrCAD and AutoCAD is essential; English for technical specs is needed.
