Senior IT Technician — IT Operations
Bacardi is seeking a Senior Technician, IT Operations to be the face of IT for end-users, delivering incident management and technical support across network, collaboration tools and end-user computing.
You will provide 2nd/3rd line support, manage the Service Desk, and coordinate repairs with external suppliers while maintaining documentation and adhering to ITIL standards. Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role in Italy.
