Sephora Firenze is seeking a Specialist to actively manage KPI-driven omnichannel activities, including Sephora+, Click & Collect, app downloads, and performance monitoring.
You will lead a store team, ensure quality standards for makeup, skincare, and fragrance, train staff, and coordinate with Trade & Communication on events and promotions, while maintaining stock and store policies. Fluency in English is valued; 3-4 years in retail leadership recommended.
