IT Desktop Support Technician — Onsite
Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a capable IT Desktop Support professional to provide onsite and on-call assistance within our desktop computing environment in Pisa, Italy.
You will handle first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, respond to tickets, and help maintain operating systems and applications. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT and 1+ year of experience, with strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking.
