We've raised $60M+ from top-tier investors and are building a durable company for the long term — because that's what our mission needs and deserves. We’re growing, profitable and nowhere near done.

What we do is important

In an increasingly digital world, there is a desperate need to augment our human experience by getting us to interact with the real world around us and the people in it. At Headout, our mission is to be the easiest, fastest, and most delightful way to head out to a real-life experience — from immersive tours to museums to live events and everything in between.

Why now?

The foundation is strong. The opportunity ahead is even bigger. We’ve hit profitability, built momentum, and proven the model — but there’s so much more to build. If you’re looking to join a company where the trajectory is steep and your impact is real, this is the moment.

Our culture

Reinventing the travel industry isn't easy, but that's the fun part.
We care deeply about ownership, craft, and impact, and we’re here to do the best work of our careers. We won’t pretend like it’s for everyone but if you’re a builder who loves solving tough problems, you’ll feel right at home.

Hi, I'm Jean , General Manager for France & Italy at Headout. I'm hiring a Business Development Manager to join my team and manage partnerships in southern Italy, mainly Naples and Puglia. You'll report to me.

Your week will vary. You might be pitching an operator we want to sign, fixing an issue with a partner that's already live, reviewing how a partner is selling, or asking another team to get a launch moving. You'll own each partner from the first conversation through signing, launch and growth.

Classification and Compensation Framework:

Contractual Classification: Hiring will be carried out in accordance with the CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio), with a positioning level of Quadro.

Note: The final RAL within the advertised range will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and other objective, gender-neutral criteria. As a Quadro-level position, the overall compensation package may also include an individual superminimo ad personam and a variable incentive plan (premio), where applicable. These additional compensation elements are determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria.

Why this role, why now

Headout's mission is to help people experience the world. The experiences travellers book with us come from local operators, so the partnerships we build shape what travellers can book and the experience they have.

Italy is one of our biggest opportunities in Europe. This role focuses on southern Italy,

mainly Naples and Puglia. You'll need to understand how local operators work and build relationships with them. I'm looking for someone who is as comfortable working through an operational problem as they are negotiating a deal. You'll bring new operators onto Headout, get partnerships signed and live, and keep working with partners and our internal teams to help them grow.

What you'll own

- New supply acquisition. Find the operators and experiences we should work with, approach them, negotiate, and get each partnership signed and live.
- Supply growth and maintenance. Work with existing partners, find gaps and new opportunities, and keep our inventory broad and good quality.
- Operational execution. Work with Operations, Product, Tech, Marketing, Customer Experience and other central teams to get each partner set up properly.
- Data. Use market data, partner performance and customer demand to decide where to focus and what to change.
- Working with other teams. When your work depends on another team, raise it early and follow up until it's done.

You could be a great fit if

- You bring 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a closely related role.
- You are comfortable working directly with local operators. Experience in southern Italy is a plus.
- You can negotiate a deal and also handle the operational work to get it live.
- You follow up with other teams until things get done.
- You can communicate fluently in Italian and English.

You may not enjoy this role if

- You want to hand the work over once the deal is agreed.
- You wait for perfect information before making a call.
