Group Client Solutions - A&F - IG Financing Solutions Italy
- Active involvement in the structuring and execution of financing transactions with Italian large corporate clients
- Analysis and assessment of companies' business profiles, financial performance, capital structures and credit fundamentals
- Preparation of financial analyses, credit assessments and transaction materials
- Support in structuring tailored financing solutions across loan and capital markets products
- Preparation of client presentations, marketing materials and financing proposals
- Review of term sheets, financing documentation and key transaction terms
- Coordination with internal counterparties, incl. DCM, Syndicate, Rating Advisory, Coverage, and M&A; teams
- Active involvement in internal approval processes, including drafting memos / credit papers
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
