Global Quality & HSE Specialist (m/f/d)

- Shape and implement global frameworks across Quality Management, Business Excellence and HSE
- Support international entities in translating global requirements into practical local processes
- Help build and improve processes from the ground up, particularly within the evolving Health & Safety area
- Coordinate Quality and ISO-related activities across different entities and support consistent ways of working
- Drive continuous improvement and help identify practical solutions to operational challenges
- Collaborate with stakeholders across countries, functions and organisational levels in a highly international environment
- Work across a broad variety of topics rather than focusing on one specialised area
- Visit different locations internationally to better understand local environments and support implementation on site
This is you
- Experience in Quality Management, Business Excellence, Process Management, HSE or a related field
- Good understanding of management systems and quality-related processes; practical knowledge of ISO 9001 is particularly valuable
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 is an advantage
- Experience defining, coordinating or implementing processes across different teams or entities
- Comfortable working with international stakeholders and navigating different local requirements
- Structured and organised, with a practical and solution-oriented way of working
- Curious and eager to learn, with the confidence to question existing processes and suggest improvements
- Able to take ownership and work independently while contributing to a collaborative global team
- Flexible and comfortable working in an evolving environment where not every process is fully established yet
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
