Client Advisor Fidenza Village
CLIENT ADVISOR RUSSIAN SPEAKER / FIDENZA VILLAGE OFFERING:
* Basic Salary up to €25K

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Deliver an excellent level of customer service, with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, client book development and after-sales activities.
* Drive personal KPIs and proactively identify opportunities to maximise sales and build long-term client relationships.
* Stay up to date with collections and maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, demonstrating a proactive, positive and constructive attitude.
* Consistently maintain company standards and procedures, supporting Visual Merchandising, stockroom activities and cash desk operations when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 2 years' experience within a premium/luxury fashion retail environment.
* Ability to identify business trends,
with a hands-on approach and a proactive mindset.
* Strong experience in building and maintaining long-term, valuable relationships with clients.
* Excellent communication skills, with an energetic, responsible and autonomous personality, while being a strong team player.
* Russian and English languages are required. ABOUT:
