* Supporting all stations in preparing starters, mains and desserts
* Mise-en-place: cutting, portioning and plating cleanly and precisely
* Quality awareness for freshness, taste and attractive presentation
* Hygiene and cleanliness in line with HACCP standards What you bring
* Completed training as a chef
* Eagerness to learn, team spirit and reliability
* Calm and structure even when things get busy
* Good German skills are a plus
