Hcm Consulting - Experienced
In this role you drive high-impact HR transformation programs for enterprise clients, focusing on cloud HCM platforms. You will join the Digital team within Marsh People and Investments to guide end-to-end HCM technology adoption and delivery. You’ll map and optimize HR processes, design delivery models, and lead client engagements across industries. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you shape HRIS implementations and contribute to a culture of innovation and knowledge growth.

- Experience in Digital Transformation
- Project experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and at least one certification in these technologies
- Experience in HR/HCM consulting firms
- Strong background in HR system architecture, data flows, and processes
- Interest xysqume in innovation, process re‑engineering, organizational design, analytics, and tech trends
- Experience managing direct and indirect teams
- Excellent relationship-management with vendors, suppliers, clients
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent English for international projects
