MarTech Lead
Overview
As MarTech Lead at Satispay, you will turn technology, AI and data into the company’s growth engine. You will steer a team of AI engineers and growth managers, own the roadmap, and scale channels and products that drive user acquisition, activation and retention. You’ll incubate new growth features as MVPs, lead cross-functional initiatives, and build data-driven tools that integrate with the product suite. This role combines product leadership with hands-on experimentation, offering a meaningful impact on growth at scale.

Responsabilità
- Incubate growth features from idea to MVP and learnings
- Be the tech and AI voice in Marketing & Growth, shaping acquisition, activation, and retention
- Lead and grow a 4-person team of AI engineers and growth managers
- Own the roadmap and sprint delivery to move business metrics
- Own and scale referral loops (member-get-member) and growth channels
- Build and ship data products from prototype to production, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Ops and Data
- Grow Satispay organically by owning website and landing pages, focusing on SEO, content and conversion experiments
Requisiti fondamentali
- 6+ years in marketing/growth, tech product management or software engineering
- Shipped production-grade products and can discuss architecture and quality with engineers
- Applied AI and automation mindset with business-ready solutions
- Experience in growth funnels, experimentation, and conversion optimization; has built or scaled referral/viral loops
- Product mindset with roadmapping, prioritization and delivery ownership
- Cross-functional influence with Product, Marketing, Sales and Data
